Karl Bastian
Executive Director

Karl started the "KidologyWeb" in 1994. In 1996 Kidology.org was born and by 2000 this rapidly growing website was incorporated as Kidology Inc. He is married to Sara and they have a son named Luke. To learn more about Karl see his bio or visit his personal site and blog at www.kidologist.com.

Steve Tanner
Director of Web Operations

Steve joined Kidology in January of 2003 as our "Swiss Army Knife" of creative and technical talent. Steve oversees all of our web operations and his fine tuning of our ministry efforts have become known in-house as "Tannerizing." He has an amazing understanding of the Internet and has his own online ventures as well: Tannerworld Forums and BevReview.com. He is married to Amy.

Branden Stuck
Technology Director

Branden was Kidology's first worker before there were any employees. As a high schooler Branden starting helping his children's pastor put Kids Church lessons on Kidology.org and was the technical expert that gave birth to toyboxtales.com bringing what Karl did for his own kids to a much wider audience online. Branden is currently a senior at Loyola University and an employee at Sony as well. And engaged to be married to a former Kidology employee in August 2008.

Marleen Barrett
Administrative Coordinator / Assitant to Karl Bastian

Marleen has served with Karl in the past on his church Children's Ministry Team (as Sunday School Director) but in 2006 joined Kidology as the "detail person" for Karl and the Kidology office. She also wears the hat of Conference Coordinator. In addition to coordinating the details of Karl's speaking schedule, she oversees our Kidology To Go and Kid U conferences. Marleen is married to Art and they have two kids, Marlissa and AJ.

Theresa LaPage
Resource Director

Theresa came on board in February 2005 as Karl's assistant, then soon moved two hours away. She now oversees our online store. Without Theresa our members would not enjoy the constant flow of new offerings of fantastic children's ministry resources available in our store. She is married to Bill and they have two daughters, Jessica and Amanda.

Alissa Kojima
Customer Support Representative

She may live in a world of e-mails, but since February 2004 Alissa has been on Kidology's front lines when it comes to giving our customers speedy and helpful assistance from "what's my password again?" to "I can't find this thing I saw" to helping resolve issues that arise on a high traffic site. She and her husband Wade have two boys, Jackson and Jordan.

Patti Fugle
Bookkeeper

Since 2001 Patti has made sure the lights stay on at Kidology! Her attention to detail and hard work means everyone gets to eat... including our vendors and membes who sell via the Kidology Garage Sale. Patti and Ron have three children, Josh, Luke and Gabby.

Todd McKeever
CP Team Captain

Todd has been a member of Kidology.org nearly since the beginning and was one of the first Children's Pastor Team members. He now leads a team of over 30 children's pastors who donate their time to contribute to Kidology.org via the forum, movie reviews, book reviews, and creative ideas. Todd has a huge heart for equipping and encouraging children's ministry leaders and has his own blog as well.

Barney Kinard
Kidology Coach - Creative Children's Ministries

Barney has been a long time friend of Kidology and recently has joined our team as the designer and lead coach for Kidology Coaching. Dennis Dimangondayao
Web Support

From the Philippines to Canada to the USA, distance has never stopped Dennis from being a helper to Kidology - just an e-mail away, Dennis helps with many website updates and provides much needed support to Karl and Steve.
