The Kidology Resource Directory serves as an online Yellow Pages,
providing listings of organizations, products, and people that may
be helpful to those involved in children's ministry. Any resource
can be submitted for inclusion, as long as they have a focus on
children's ministry. Here are the answers to some frequently asked
questions about the Resource Directory.
How do I find ______?
You can browse all the listed resources by category
or by viewing
all items. Additionally, you can browse by letter. For example,
Kidology
is found in the "K"
section. Finally, you can use our Advanced
Search to narrow down what you are seeking.
How do I add to the Resource Directory?
Discover a product or organization that is not listed in our Resource
Directory? It's easy to submit a new resource for consideration.
Simply click Submit
a New Listing and complete the form. A Kidology Staff member
will review your submission and add it to the Resource Directory
when approved.
What is a "Featured Resource"?
Since 1994, Kidology has had a policy of not
accepting paid advertising from outside organizations. This
policy allows us offer unbiased opinions to those working in children's
ministry. However, there are times when we discover an organization,
product, or person that we have personally investigated and wholeheartedly
recommend. In those situations, we denote that entity as a "Featured
Resource" in our Resource Directory.
How up-to-date is the Resource Directory?
Our proprietary Resource Directory system ensures that listings
are always current. You'll no longer have to wonder if an organization's
contact information is up-to-date. When a listing is submitted,
we ask for a private e-mail address that is not publicly shown on
Kidology.org. This address is used to automatically contact the
listing's original author on a periodic basis. The author has the
ability to update or delete the listing from the Directory, ensuring
that the information is current for everyone to see.
