CHARLIE BANCROFT has devoted 38 years of his life to full time ministry in various roles including 21 years in youth ministry, 15 touring as “Uncle Charlie” and becoming one of the nation’s top kids’ worship leaders, and in 2012, Charlie began a career as a faith-based life coach as a licensed national facilitator of “Identity and Destiny, 7 Steps to a Purpose-Filled Life.” Charlie and his wife of more than 30 years, Tammy, reside in Tampa, Florida and are members of Van Dyke Church.
