Find Jesus where your students would.

The story of the raising of Lazarus teaching that Jesus is never too late, but always on time for His greatest glory! We should never put a deadline on our prayers. (John 11)

A talk from the story about being mad at God for being good. This lesson teaches that we must be willing to take both the bad and the good from God, for He works out all for the good in the end! (Romans 8:28).

A talk on the importance of building on things that last and not things that will one day perish.

This game takes a 3rd person telling of James' and John's mom asking Jesus to one day let her kids sit on his right and left; and leaves out key words and replaces them with silly substitutes. I suggest doing it as a group and getting a different response from each child. I've put what to ask for in parenthesis along with any explanations) and then at the end I've written the entire story correctly.

This is a story about all the people who had the opportunity to worship the baby Jesus but didn’t seize the opportunity.

A talk telling of the importance of believing before it is too late. It is the story about the kind of faith Noah had; a real faith, one which always results in obedience. (Genesis 6-9; Romans 10:9-10)

A story warning us not to sell out cheap, and trade a future and even eternity for temporary fullfillment.

A talk from the story of God teaching that we should not criticize the way others worship God.

A story that helps children understand that their brain is poluted by the world we live in and it must be renewed (cleaned) daily with the Word of God and prayer

Christians often wear a picture of a fish to witness. Sometimes they have a sticker of a fish on their car. We know it is a Christian symbol, but what does it mean?

Many people today try to be made right with God through good works, religion, relationships, education or wealth, but since none of these sacrifices involve the shedding of blood, none of them can atone for sin. A talk on the book that Jude wrote after having his mind changed and inspired by the Holy Spirit. (Jude; 2 Peter 1:20,21)

A talk pointing out the important fact that the safest place for a Christian is fighting in the battle, not dropping out. (2 Samuel 21:17)

An excellent talk on the life of David, teaching that it is always better to be in the center of God’s will even if things seem safer doing it your own way. (1 Samuel 26:19)  

A talk teaching that God will give us what we need most in prayer even if it doesn’t match up to every detail that we prayed. (Joshua 10:12).  

Maybe when we learn the P.R. skills of Don Pablos, we’ll find God unleashing His awesome blessing on our ministry like never before.
