One of the keys to recruiting is to keep the need before parents AND to give them the "WHY." It also doesn't hurt to tap into their desire to bless their kids!
That's why I created my "IS YOUR KID A WINNER?" recruiting tool. It's a simple flyer that gets parents to click a QR code to see if their child "WON" something!
When they click the QR code on the half-sheet flyer, it takes them to a page on our church website that says:
CONGRATULATIONS! Your child is a WINNER!
Included in your download is a How To Use Instruction sheet. Karl shows how he used this recruiting tool to direct parents to the Children's Ministry website to find out more information about serving in Kidmin! You can even watch a video he created to explain to parents the importance of serving the kids in their church, especially their own!
