Use this fun back-to-school checklist to recruit parents into the kids ministry.

 What's on YOUR back-to-school checklist?

Sure, kids will need pens, pencils, crayons, calculators, etc. Parents will make sure that their kids have all the supplies they need to start the school year off right. Kids will be encouraged through these supplies to grow throughout the school year.

But what about their spiritual growth? They will also need things like a new Bible, devotional book and Christian music. But the biggest impact will be via parental involvement.

The best way for parents to aid in their spiritual development is to get involved in the kids ministry! When kids see their parents helping and supporting their pastor, it makes a huge impact on how they accept the gospel message and incorporate the teachings into their daily lives, especially as they head off to school!
