Between work expectations, house chores, school activities, and self-care, parents can find themselves stuck in a cycle of exhaustion that often results in harsh words and short tempers because, let’s face it, someone’s shoe is always missing five minutes after you were supposed to leave the house. The busier we get the more exhaustion can creep in and steal the peace in our homes.

Here are five ways to continue parenting well when you are exhausted:
