How do you continue long-term discipleship without seeming nosey?

“It’s not what you expect, but what you inspect, that matters.”

That may be a line from business, but it’s true when it comes to leadership too. Not only is holding our volunteers accountable important, but they truly desire it. We think that those we lead don’t want to be “checked up” on - but the reality is, if we don’t, all that really says is, “I don’t really care how you are doing.”
