Team Building is important to the success of the ministry God has given you!

Everyone knows the secret to ministry success is BUILDING TEAMS… and yet, I hear so many excuses when I talk to leaders who are exhausted, stressed, burned out, or overloaded. I’ll ask, “Why don’t you have a team?” They’ll answer with things like:

We aren’t big enough for a leadership team.
We don’t have enough leader-types.
No one will step up.
I don’t have time to develop a team.
I’m only part-time.
Honestly, I’m not sure how to do that.
