That's One Week Rope

Membership Level Starter

Author/Source: Tim Brown

Topic: Spend Time with Jesus

How much time do you spend with Jesus each week?

Materials needed: a rope or string that is 168 inches long, several clothespins, several 1" by 4" pieces of paper folded in half the long way and a tape measure.

Lesson: Today, we are asking, "How much time do you spend

each week with Jesus?" To help us visualize that, I have a rope here that is 168 inches long. (Have the rope stretched out for the kids to see.) Can anyone guess why it is that specific number? (Let the children guess.)
