All children have special needs. Some just need more than others. So how do we reach out to those children with special needs and behavioral challenges in our ministry?

All children have special needs. Some just need more than others. So how do we reach out to those children with special needs and behavioral challenges in our ministry? The most important thing to remember, whatever your approach, is to do so in love.

Equipping your volunteers to be successful when kids with special needs are dropped off is important. Often, they don’t feel prepared or equipped to handle these kids who require a little extra care and expertise to minister to.

That’s why I’ve put together a short, handy training toolfor your volunteers!
