Small Group Leader Guides used in Baptism Classes for kids.

If you have not looked at it yet see part 1 for notes on how to lead a Baptism Class for 3rd graders and up.

Attached below is the Small Group Leader Guide that goes along with the Baptism Class. These leaders are the ones who get to talk with the kids and hear their stories, but also these leaders will play an essential role in deciding if the kids are ready for the next step. Throughout they are asked to listen intently and with discernment. Then after that ask questions that would help your kids better articulate where they are at with God.
